Hope you had a great weekend. We spent Saturday practicing our persuasion skills during calls to North Carolina. The Harris-Walz Campaign had us working on a list of undecideds and Republicans.
These were not easy calls in the least, because, as you can imagine, there were Trump supporters on this list. However, we were able to ID supporters outside of our usual urban and suburban areas. Persuasion phonebanks like this are the kind of hard work the Vice President talks about as "Hard Work is Good Work!" And this is the kind of work that is going to help us win the election come November.

On Thursday, we will make calls on behalf of the George Whitesides campaign, from 6:00 - 7:00 PM PT, to turn CA-27 blue. We will take this district back from MAGA congressman Mike Garcia, the only member of Congress in LA County to vote to overturn the 2020 election. Following our Whitesides phonebank, we will have our monthly chapter meeting starting at 7:30 PM PT, where we will discuss messaging for the Harris-Walz campaign. We hope you can make it.
